A multipurpose, softly fragranced, antibacterial air and surface spray, based on Viromist Standard formulation but with high alcohol content (in order to comply with WHO recommendations for inactivating Corona Viruses) and Aloe Vera to protect your skin and hands.

Viromist +70alcohol formulation has 70% (of 99.9% Iso Propyl) alcohol and has been specifically launched for Covid-19 . As such, this formulation should not be left with children nor used for your pets. It is, however, still safe to use in most environments but is flammable and should be kept out of direct sunlight. As with Viromist Standard, this formulation also has 0.5% chlorhexidine gluconate in the formula which has also been proven effective against Corona Viruses.

Additionally, Viromist binds to hands and surfaces, resisting wash-off and rub-off for up to 4 hours post application whilst continuing to kill both bacteria and viruses from person to person and from hard surface to persons.

The 70% alcohol content offers an instant kill, typically less than 30 seconds, inactivating viruses but this has no residual activity after the alcohol has evaporated (<120 seconds), leaving you unprotected.

Chlorhexidine gluconate has a slightly slower inactivation rate for corona viruses (and enveloped viruses in vitro such as herpes simplex virus, HIV, cytomegalovirus, influenza, and RSV) than alcohol (<5min) BUT it remains ACTIVE on your hands, keeping you protected for up to 4 hours. Naturally, one must still continue to wear a mask, practice social distancing and avoid touching face, eyes, mouth, etc whilst out in public.

Supplied in liquid form and sprayed undiluted into air and onto surfaces (Atomiser and Spray) as well as in bulk 5L liquid container. Liquid spray application requires considerably less volume per treatment than a gel sanitizer providing more applications from similarly sized bottle.

Please note that WHO still advocates that the best protection against SARS-CoV2 is to wash hands vigorously with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds – see WHO guidelines for more info. Furthermore, alcohol based sanitisers are not effective when hands are covered with grease and dirt, hence, even when using sanitizers, hands should be washed first.r
